Training Services Officer
I provide training and support to our new partners through the Lifelites 25 campaign. I work alongside Dan to provide specialist training and support to our existing partners.
My role is to identify and build sustainable relationships with businesses, community groups, Freemasons and organisations across the south of England and Wales.
Since 2014 I have worked in various roles, including project management, events, and fundraising. My career has focused on developing communication within organisations to create lasting connections with their stakeholders.
My volunteering ranges from bucket collections at the Royal Albert Hall to building playgrounds in Uganda; I volunteer to help promote charities that work to provide a positive change for those in need.
Childhood memory: As a child, my obsession with the ‘teletubbies’ led me to be inseparable with a ‘Laa Laa’ toy, earning my nickname ‘Lulu’. The nickname still stands, but unfortunately Laa Laa didn’t survive (no thanks to our golden retrievers).
If you are based in the Midlands, south of England and south Wales and would like to support children and families across your region, please contact me on lsmits@lifelites.org.
