Sarah Ezekiel (Lifelites Patron) Visits Haven House

On April 16th, the Lifelites team had the pleasure of visiting Haven House Children’s Hospice, accompanied by our inspiring patron, Sarah Ezekiel. Sarah, a world-renowned Eyegaze and AI artist living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), joined the team to explore and demonstrate the life-changing technology provided by Lifelites.

During the visit, we showcased various pieces of cutting-edge equipment, including the PODS sensory tent, Cosmo switches, Sound Beam, Tilt and Touch Table, and the Eyegaze technology that Sarah herself uses to create stunning digital art. The technology aims to provide children with life-limiting conditions and complex disabilities new ways to communicate, learn, and express themselves creatively.

Sarah Ezekiel, renowned for her incredible digital artwork created using eye-tracking technology, had the opportunity to experience our assistive and sensory technology alongside the children and staff at Haven House. The afternoon was a heartwarming celebration of innovation, creativity, and the empowerment of technology.

One of the highlights of the visit was Sarah presenting a piece of her artwork, created using Eyegaze technology, to Haven House. The donation was graciously accepted by Haven House’s Chief Executive, Ralph Coulbeck, who expressed his gratitude for the ongoing support and the positive impact of the technology on the children in their care.

At Lifelites, our dedication to enhancing the lives of children with life-limiting conditions through technology is unwavering. The team continues to be inspired by the long-lasting positive impact and difference our technology makes and we are motivated to continue our mission nationwide.
