Our training and technical support ensures that palliative care professionals have the skills and confidence to maximise the impact of our technology.

To support the assistive technology we provide, we deliver bespoke training both in-person and online, as well as offering full technical support to all our service partners.

Our training satisfaction scores are consistently above 90% and the feedback from palliative care teams is always positive.

Our specialised, bespoke training begins the day we install the technology and is available throughout the entire four-year partner cycle.

We also provide additional refresher and new staff training, either in-person or online.

This comprehensive training programme ensures that palliative care professionals have the skills and confidence to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and their families.

These innovative workshops will provide palliative care professionals with enhanced technical training on specific items of technology and increase awareness of relevant digital issues like online safety.

The free events will also provide our palliative care partners across Britain and Ireland with the rare opportunity to meet in-person and share tips, advice and support.

Our brand new revolutionary e-learning Hub is a modern, easy-to-use online training and knowledge sharing management system, with dynamic learning for palliative care professionals, parents and carers.

The Hub provides practical tuition on how to use each piece of technology, regular features on best practice, activity ideas, tips and examples plus updates on subjects like the best assistive and augmented apps.
