Creating inclusion, involvement and independence through technology.
We are transforming the lives and experiences of children, young people and their families through the power of assistive technology.
Children with life-limiting conditions can face unique challenges: chronic pain, communication barriers, continuous medical interventions, loss of independence, and social isolation.
Our work seeks to empower children and young people to increase their independence, give them a voice and to connect them to the people they love. In doing so we help to bring families closer together, improving wellbeing and creating long-lasting, cherished childhood memories.
Lifelites technology gives our children the opportunity to engage in activities they normally wouldn’t be able to. Having such a variety of technology means children can connect with the people around them, play with friends and siblings and develop and learn.

Monitoring our impact
Through regular communications with our partners, we measure the impact of our technology, training and tech support services across the following wellbeing indicators:
- Improved communication
- Reduced isolation
- Improved emotional wellbeing
- Increased independence
- Improved family resilience
We are enormously proud to consistently achieve these outcomes, but we continue to look at how we can further improve our services for children, families and our partners.
