Our Trustees

Our Board of Trustees are volunteers who have a wealth of experience in a variety of fields including palliative care, financial services, business development and IT. The Board are responsible for the strategic direction of the charity, governance and ensuring the charity is run in the best interests of our palliative care partners, children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Tony Harvey

Chair of Trustees

Tony is our Chair of Trustees, and has forty years’ experience in the charity sector.  A leadership and change consultant by profession, Tony also devotes time to Scouting and Freemasonry.  Tony has led on the development of Lifelites, the modernisation of its governance and its strategy to grow our reach.

Tim Sherwood

Treasurer

Tim is a qualified accountant with numerous years of experience in both the charitable and commercial and sectors, predominantely telecoms and finance.  Now semi-retired, he concentrates his time on helping in, and working with, several charities. Outside of work, Tim’s interests are centred around family, golf and travelling.

Tracy Rennie

Trustee

Tracy is a Registered Children’s and Adult Nurse with 30 years’ Children’s Palliative Care experience, both as a nurse and through roles as a Director of Care and Acting CEO of a regional children’s hospice service. Tracy also provides consultancy to palliative care services and holds advisory positions both locally and nationally.

Lisa Shattock

Trustee

Lisa is a senior marketer, experienced in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, leading highly successful multinational marketing campaigns across different audiences. She has also developed internal communications programmes for dispersed employees and volunteers. Lisa is passionate about inclusion and diversity, challenging stereotypes and making a difference – which inspired her to become a Lifelites Trustee.

Kieran Stewart

Trustee

Kieran is currently the Chair of our Charity Projects Committee and Deputy Chair of the Trustee Board. He is a Global Transformation Program Director with an international software company and has worked in information technology for over 30 years. He is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Information Security.

Howard Wilson

Trustee

Howard is now retired from his role as a senior executive in the banking sector, and in addition to being a Trustee of Lifelites, he is also a trustee of the Masonic Charitable Foundation. As a Freemason, he has considerable experience of developing and managing fundraising strategies, both locally and nationally, to support the disadvantaged in our communities.
