Dr Josh Smalley is a passionate science communicator, presenter and celebrity baker, who was a finalist in the 2023 series of The Great British Bake Off. He is also a researcher in organic chemistry at the University of Leicester. Being equally accomplished in the laboratory and the kitchen, Josh founded the Science Kitchen at the University of Leicester, where he brings together the worlds of science and baking to deliver educational shows and videos to enthuse the public and inspire children to want to learn more about science and get busy in the kitchen.
As an ambassador for Lifelites and with a shared desire to transform the lives of children, Josh is focused on combining the Lifelites technology with his educational work to provide unique opportunities for children and young people.
